A workbook for ages 8-12 that takes ‘I don’t know what to write’ seriously and answers it with small invitations: draw the room, name three sounds, write one sentence about a sandwich. By page ten most kids have a paragraph. By page thirty they have a small story. The book never says ‘creativity.’ It just makes them creative anyway.
