Curriculum
Module 01 of Page One Doesn't Have To Be Good.
The freeze isn't laziness or fear of failure. It's your brain treating "start the page" as "make a binding commitment to the entire book." We're going to separate the two so a sentence can be a sentence again — small, repealable, low-stakes. Most freezes end the moment that one sentence is allowed to exist.
DARE →
Open the doc. Type one sentence. Close the laptop. That's the whole assignment.

✦ MANTRA
A sentence is a sentence. It's not a vow. I can write one without joining a cult.
The freeze isn't a verdict on your talent. It's your brain confusing "start" with "swear an oath." Take the oath off the page. The page comes back.
